Mortgage Broker Fees

What would you pay for good service and advice?

Gift Wrapped Mortgages charges a flat fee for our advice and service of £250 payable at completion of the mortgage.

We take pride in ensuring your application is dealt with efficiently and quickly and our in depth experience of lenders procedures and underwriting allows us to work closely with lenders creating a fully packaged right first time application. Lenders may pay us a fee for packaging the application on their behalf

However as Independent Mortgage Brokers, rather than the above arrangement you can choose to pay us a single fee at the outset usually 0.6% of the loan amount. You will then receive a full refund, as a cashback, of any packaging fees we receive from the mortgage lender at completion.
