Gift Wrapped Mortgages - now that’s an unusual name, why call l it that?
Well, having worked on the inside of the industry for over 30 years I felt there was room for someone who had real in-depth knowledge of the lenders an inside take if you like. Knowing how they underwrite, how their products work and of course the little things that make every lender different. Allowing me to help people through the mortgage maize every step of the way.
With that background and a real old fashioned belief in good personal customer service I felt all of that could be packaged up to give customers a real personal positive experience whether it be buying a first home or remortgaging for a better deal - and what better packaged experience is there than the surprise of a personal gift not just for a birthday, Christmas or anniversary but at at time of the year.
What’s more its’s a Free gift to. We prefer NOT to charge a fee for our services. In the vast majority of cases brokers are paid by the lenders so why the need to charge a fee as well!
However, we recognise some people will prefer to pay a fee believing it guarantees impartial advice. We are sympathetic to this to so if you prefer to pay a fee we then guarantee to refund all mortgage commissions we would otherwise have been paid directly to you the customer.
I hope you agree that in a market where brokers come in many different guises and some who have been shown to be in disguise this is an open and ethical approach to mortgages.
